These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts in Kerala, India having exclusive jurisdiction. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of any kind whatsoever arising out of or relating to these Terms against or relating to Hopelism, Hopelism India or any Indemnified Party shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. There will be one arbitrator and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be Kerala, India.
